Hesap ve Veri Silme

BulBil hesabını ve onunla ilişkili tüm verileri (e-posta, oyun geçmişi, skorlar, abonelik kayıtları) iki şekilde kalıcı olarak silebilirsin:

Uygulama içinden (en hızlı)

  1. BulBil uygulamasını aç ve hesabınla giriş yap.
  2. Profil ekranına git.
  3. "Hesabımı sil" seçeneğine dokun ve onayla.
  4. Hesabın ve tüm verilerin anında ve kalıcı olarak silinir.

E-posta ile

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan, hesabınla kayıtlı e-posta adresinden contact@nomadcrowconsulting.com adresine "Veri silme talebi" konusuyla yazman yeterli. Talebini 30 gün içinde işler ve onay e-postası göndeririz.

Silme işleminden sonra sunucu log kayıtları en geç 30 gün içinde, kalan tüm kişisel veriler ise derhal silinir.

Account & Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your BulBil account and all associated data (email, game history, scores, subscription records) in two ways:

From inside the app (fastest)

  1. Open the BulBil app and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to the Profile screen.
  3. Tap "Delete my account" and confirm.
  4. Your account and all data are deleted immediately and permanently.

By email

If you can't access the app, email contact@nomadcrowconsulting.com from the address registered to your account with the subject "Data deletion request". We process requests within 30 days and send a confirmation.

After deletion, server logs are purged within 30 days at the latest, and all remaining personal data is removed immediately.
