BulBil'i kullanarak aşağıdaki şartları kabul etmiş olursun.

1. Hizmet

BulBil, Türkçe bulmaca oyunları sunan bir mobil uygulamadır. Ücretsiz bulmacalar herkes tarafından oynanabilir; premium bulmacalar abonelik gerektirir.

2. Hesabın

• Hesabını başka kişilerle paylaşamazsın.
• Şifreni güvende tutmaktan sen sorumlusun.
• Birden fazla hesap açmak yasak değildir, ancak bir hesabın askıya alınmasından kaçınmak için yapılırsa tüm hesapların kapatılabilir.
• 18 yaş altı kullanıcılar ebeveyn rızasıyla hesap açabilir.

3. Kullanım Kuralları

Aşağıdakileri yapamazsın:

• Otomasyon araçları, botlar ile oynamak.
• Skor tablolarını manipüle etmek.
• Diğer kullanıcılara taciz etmek veya tehdit etmek.
• Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik ile incelemek (yasal istisnalar hariç).
• İçeriği izinsiz kopyalayıp dağıtmak.

4. Abonelik ve Ödemeler

• Premium abonelik Apple App Store ve Google Play üzerinden satılır.
• Fiyat ve fatura döngüsü mağaza tarafından gösterilir; satın alma öncesi onayın istenir.
• Otomatik yenileme: dönem sonundan 24 saat önce iptal edilmediyse yenilenir. İptal mağaza üzerinden tek tıkla yapılır.
• İade: Apple veya Google iade politikası geçerlidir.

5. İçerik Mülkiyeti

Bulmaca tasarımları, mizanpajı, ve uygulama kodu NomadCrow Consulting'e aittir. Şahsi, ticari olmayan kullanım için lisansın vardır.

6. Sorumluluk Sınırı

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Mesleki bir hizmet değildir. Veri kaybı, kesinti, donanım hasarı gibi dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Toplam sorumluluğumuz sana fatura ettiğimiz son 12 aylık abonelik bedeli ile sınırlıdır.

7. Hesap Kapatma

• Sen istediğin zaman Profil → "Hesabımı sil" ile hesabını silebilirsin.
• Kuralları ihlal etmen durumunda hesabın askıya alınabilir veya silinebilir; çekilen abonelik bedeli iade edilmez.

8. Uyuşmazlık Çözümü

Uyuşmazlıklar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. İstanbul mahkemeleri yetkilidir. Tüketici uyuşmazlıkları için İstanbul Tüketici Hakem Heyetine başvurabilirsin.

9. Değişiklikler

Bu şartlar değiştiğinde uygulama içinde bildirim göstereceğiz.

By using BulBil you accept the following terms.

1. Service

BulBil is a mobile app offering Turkish-language puzzle games. Free puzzles are playable by anyone; premium puzzles require a subscription.

2. Your Account

• Don't share your account with others.
• You're responsible for keeping your password secure.
• Multiple accounts are allowed but creating them to evade suspension may result in all of them being closed.
• Users under 18 need a parent or guardian's consent to register.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use automation / bots to play.
• Manipulate leaderboards.
• Harass or threaten other users.
• Reverse engineer the app (except where legally permitted).
• Copy or redistribute content without permission.

4. Subscription and Payment

• Premium is sold via Apple App Store and Google Play.
• Price and billing cycle are shown by the store; you confirm before the charge.
• Auto-renewal: renews unless cancelled 24 hours before the period end. Cancel any time from the store with one tap.
• Refunds: Apple's or Google's refund policy applies.

5. Content Ownership

Puzzle designs, layout, and app code belong to NomadCrow Consulting. You have a licence for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is". It's not a professional service. We are not liable for indirect damages — data loss, downtime, device damage. Our total liability is capped at the subscription amount you've been billed in the last 12 months.

7. Account Termination

• You can delete your account anytime from Profile → "Delete my account".
• We can suspend or delete your account for rule violations; paid subscription fees are not refunded.

8. Disputes

Disputes are governed by Turkish law. Istanbul courts have jurisdiction. For consumer disputes you can apply to the Istanbul Consumer Arbitration Board.

9. Changes

When these terms change meaningfully, we'll show an in-app notice.
